How do I manage my subscription?
Log in to your account → click “Manage Subscription.”
From there, you can update your meals, change delivery dates, skip a week, or cancel anytime.
How do I change or swap my meals each week?
We update our menu every Thursday.
To choose your meals, simply log in and swap your meals before Wednesday at 8 PM.
You do NOT need to press pause or make any special changes — just swap your meals before the cutoff.
What happens if I don’t choose my meals?
If you don’t select your meals before Wednesday at 8 PM, your meals will be auto-swapped based on your preferences or best-sellers — so your delivery is never interrupted.
When is the weekly cutoff time?
All subscription changes (meal swaps, skips, cancellations) must be done before Wednesday at 8 PM.
Changes after this time will apply to the following week.
Can I skip a week?
Yes!
Just log in → Manage Subscription → choose “Skip Upcoming Order.”
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely.
You can cancel at any time inside your account by clicking “Manage Subscription” → “Cancel.” No emails or calls needed.
Do I need to re-order every week?
No — subscriptions renew automatically.
Just remember to swap your meals before Wednesday at 8 PM if you want something different.
